Who are we?
Metalog is a German company who have been producing tools for team activities for a decade now and have been taking Europe by storm! We are experienced trainers and Metalog users who have been selling the tools in the UK since the beginning of 2010 and the great thing is that not many participants have seen them yet! Tobi and Erwin in Germany also design at least 4 new tools every year. So if you are looking for leadership exercises, management exercises or team activities you have come to the right place! Our top selling tool is the Tower of Power which combines total team involvement and engagement with a physically appealing construction task. It's fantastic for team development and can also be used as a leadership or management exercise as well being versatile enough to use to consider organisational values, change or to use to present a model in an engaging and exciting way.
All our exercises or learning tools are fantastic for developing teamwork and putting a team's skills under the micropscope but they can also do so much more! A team development day can easily be put together by starting with a focus perhaps using a simple team diagnostic, running a series of Metalog activities and reviewing the outputs of these and finishing of with an action planning session based on what the team have learned. Leadership Exercises & Management Exercises
All our activities and learning tools can be used to learn about specific aspects of leadership or management such as managing time, resources, inter-personal relationships, organisation etc. If a leader is assigned or emerges, an opportunity can be created for giving that person feedback on their skills generating rich learning for the individual and also the rest of the group.
