The Project. That’s business life for you - conditions change frequently and we all need to learn to adapt to new situations. We can only do that by – literally - moving closer together. New strategies must be developed for ‘backing’ each other up - in more ways than one! Baboushka is a highly dynamic project for groups going through a process of change.

How it’s done. The goal is for the entire group to stand on a small pedestal for a predetermined amount of time – without touching the ground! While doing so, they form a stable sculpture that allows the group to find its balance. Once they solve this problem, they’re in for a big surprise: like a Russian doll, the pedestal contains the next smaller pedestal they must balance on, and inside that one there’s another, and another... New strategies must be developed, discarded, and reworked many times throughout the process!
